Our Title Packs are based on an historic Scottish land ownership custom, where land owners are called the old Scots word of ‘Laird’ as a sign of respect. The translation in English is ‘Lord’ and ‘Lady’.
A purchase from us includes a certificate of ownership for your souvenir plot of land in the Scottish Highlands. You can choose to title yourself as Laird, Lord, or Lady.

Laird is a title of respect traditionally bestowed upon Scottish land owners. Laird is a Scottish word, and can refer to either a man or a woman. The closest English translations are Lord and Lady.
Please note you cannot buy a noble title. This is for enjoyment purposes only. You will be addressed by your choice of Laird, Lord or Lady by us and within our community, and you may choose to change your title and name via Deed Poll.
Your Title Pack purchase is a legally binding contract between you and us agreeing your ownership and personal right to a souvenir plot of land within our estate. This is a form of heritable property that you legally own and can pass on to future generations. Scotland Titles will remain registered as the manager of the land on your behalf.
You will not be required to pay and taxes or charges, ever.
